The Purpose

In January 2025‭, ‬the Tavor Association received a special land allocation for a period of 50‭ ‬years‭, ‬measuring 30,000‭ ‬square meters‭, ‬for the establishment of a National Campus for Zionist Leadership in the city of Afula‭. ‬

The National Zionist Leadership Campus in the historic Children's Village is a renewal and continuation of the path of the first‭ ‬settlers in the place who were engaged in Zionist education‭, ‬settlement‭, ‬leadership and mission‭. ‬

All campus and seminary programs will continue the path of the educator Pugachev‭, ‬who educated for Zionist leadership with an emphasis on the values of work‭, ‬volunteerism‭, ‬and a connection to tradition and Judaism‭.‬‮ ‬

Campus Designations

To strengthen and cultivate the sense of mission among those who come through its gates, including commanders, officers and members of the security forces, with an emphasis on command and leadership courses.

To maintain international collaborations between civil society organizations that deal with leadership in different countries and that seek to learn about and from Zionist leadership, and in doing so, to receive and host delegations from different countries for seminars on the subject.

To train young people for social and national leadership motivated by a sense of mission based on Jewish-Zionist-Israeli identity.

To connect Jews from the Diaspora to the State of Israel and to the values of Israeli Zionist leadership, with an emphasis on hosting young delegations for an identity-shaping experience within the framework of campus programs.
